A Message from Nicole
“My journey into SoulShift Living began with my deep passion for both home and spirituality intersected. As a professional organizer and home management expert, I was invited into the sacred spaces of people's homes for many years. It was in these intimate moments, helping people create more organized and functional environments and getting “un-stuck”, that I first noticed the profound impact that our surroundings have on our well-being, especially during times of crisis or change. As I deepened my own work in spiritual formation and healing, I began to realize that our physical space and relational connectedness has an undeniable spiritual connection to our inner world. This realization fueled my passion for trauma-informed spiritual care, as I saw how we as humans navigating trauma, setbacks, or personal crises often struggle to feel ‘at home’ in our own lives and connected to others. Our homes and relationships should be places of safety, healing, and refuge—but for many, they can also be reminders of pain, disconnection, or overwhelming chaos. My personal experience of trauma and the phases of my own life have shaped my understanding of what it means to use our environments and lifestyle to not only support, but truly align with one’s spirit and sense of self. Through each phase of my journey, my own home and all areas of lifestyle have looked different—reflecting the emotional and spiritual shifts I’ve experienced. As I’ve moved through trauma and embraced the process of post-traumatic growth, I’ve come to understand just how important it is to create a home and lifestyle that is safe, aligned, and reflective of where I have been and where I am headed. That’s why I founded SoulShift Living: to help others do the same. Embracing a new way for a new day is risky but our souls are wired for healing and expansion. My mission is to guide people through crisis, trauma, and transitions by offering a combination of trauma-informed services, lifestyle management, and spiritual care to help discern the next right step towards holistic wellness and freedom to be you, wherever you are. I help clients align their inner world with their external space, empowering them to reclaim peace, clarity, and authenticity—no matter what they’re going through.” Keep on Keeping on, Nicole
